Bangalore, Aug 24: The company known for its branded salt, fertiliser and chemicals major Tata Chemicals and Rallis India today launched four varieties of branded dals in Karnataka under the brand name iShakti.
Chana, toor, urad and moong (green moong and moong chilka) will sell in the price range of Rs 95 to Rs 105 kg in packets of one kg, half kg and quarter kg consumer-friendly packs, the company said in a statement.
Apart from the traditional kirana stores and modern food retail chains, Tata Chemicals will also use its Tata Kisan Sansar outlets countrywide and its existing salt distribution network to distribute its dals countrywide, the statement added.
