Bangalore, Sep 8: Infosys Executive Co-Chairman S Gopalakrishnan today said the Delhi bomb blast has not raised concerns about its impact on the IT industry.

He added, however, that Infosys was implementing a disaster recovery plan.

"There were concerns in the aftermath of Mumbai terror attacks, but we have not seen any concerns raised following the Delhi blast. Firms are confident that their customers will not be impacted," Gopalakrishnan said on the sidelines of the 7th India Innovation Summit 2011 here.

The death toll in yesterday's terror attack, when a high intensity bomb kept in a briefcase ripped through the crowded reception area at the Delhi High Court, rose to 12 today. The blast injured 75 people.

Gopalakrishnan said that overall, every country is concerned about terrorism and security issues.

He said Infosys was implementing a disaster recovery plan with the help of Central Industrial Security Force. "We are vigilant and we are trying to provide as much security as possible," he added.
