OptSustain launched

Bangalore, Dec 7: ITC Infotech, a leading global IT
services and solutions company, today launched its first
indigenously developed sustainability management and reporting
tool "OptSustain".
  OptSustain simplifies the process of sustainability
management in each of the stages of data capture, analysis,
monitoring and reporting, ITC Infotech Managing Director B
Sumant said in a statement.
  OptSustain, with its pre-configured templates based on
national and international reporting standards, will help
users to input and validate data, he said.
  It will also generate actual reports, charts, dashboards,
analysis reports and plans, Sumant added.
  The tool also effectively captures and analyzes carbon
footprint data, both at the enterprise and product level, he
said.
  It also enables managing and reporting on international
frameworks like GRI, UNGC and MDG, while at the same time
adhering to the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs
"Responsible Business" guidelines, Sumant said.
